(1) Clean and fair selection of candidates for the posts of provincial civil service, provincial police service, provincial other government service, provincial organized organization service, local government service and local level organized organization service. And to make it reliable, the commission should adopt the principles and standards adopted by the public service commission according to the federal law.
(2) The principles and standards as per sub-section (1) shall be made public by the Public Service Commission (3) The Public Service Commission may coordinate and cooperate with the Commission in order to carry out work in accordance with the principles and standards as per sub-section (1).
(4) Actions and actions taken by the Commission in contravention of sub-section (1) shall be deemed to be automatically cancelled.
